The collaboration between Piquadro<\/strong> and Giancarlo Petriglia is set to become more and more successful, as already shown by past collection where the influence of the designer has brought a bit more of glamour and fashion in addition to the functional and comfortable bags and briefcases<\/a> of the brand.<\/p>\n

During the Electrochip R-Evolution event, Piquadro has presented the latest result of this partnership, designed to celebrate the protagonist of the last and next season, the backpack.<\/p>\n

A very special concept of the future for 2016 collections<\/h3>\n

For the spring\/summer 2016 collections, in fact, Piquadro and Petriglia have presented two collections characterized by a very clear and strong taste, echoing a very special concept of the future, view by the Eighties. Altafrequenza<\/strong> and Camochip<\/strong> collection represent indeed the triumph of technology and pop iconography clearly 80’s inspired, with chips and motherboards patterns.<\/p>\n

Piquadro bags designed by the fashion stylist are, of course, equipped with hi-tech compartments and computer holder and the shapes are emphasized by strong geometry. The vanguard of these models is not only in design but also in innovation: classic seams have been replaced by new type of joints welding and materials have been enriched by new neoprene inserts.<\/p>\n

Piquadro met Giancarlo Petriglia a couple of years ago, when the brand has decided to give a new style to its top season collections, combining the design that characterized every product of the brand with the new taste of the designer.<\/p>\n

Glamorous, sophisticated and tech lines<\/h3>\n

For the last autumn\/winter and spring\/summer 2015 collections, Piquadro and Petriglia proposed glamorous and sophisticated lines, without leaving out the tech inside philosophy of the brand.<\/p>\n

The play of strong colors is one of the central points of the project, where the alternation of contrast shades is studied in order to emphasize the geometric shape of handbags and briefcases, taking a glam-chic touch with an urban aftertaste.<\/p>\n

As for the design, the stylist plays with the different textures of the material, focusing on the must of the year.\u00a0The two ways preferred by the designed are the strong and geometric one, with the feature of the saffiano pattern, protagonist of lasts seasons, and the soft and smooth, enriched by wrinkled leather details, creating a pleasure contrast:\u00a0the result is a play of opposites that, at the end, result as a great harmony.<\/p>\n

From structured and geometric bags made of saffiano to soft and sophisticated briefcases and backpacks, Piquadro<\/strong> and Petriglia collections do not leave out details, made of chromed metals and designed to give that particular touch to each model, without forgetting the functional nature of zippers and belts, as well as the pure aesthetic side.<\/p>\n
