Piquadro Black Square collection
Black Square is one of the news of Piquadro fall/winter 2016-2017 season, whose name recalls explicitly the famous and beloved Blue Square collection. Also in this case, indeed, the distinguishing feature consists in the contrasting color edges: if the Blue Square, as the name itself said, has a bright blue that perfectly matches with the shiny colors offered, Black Square edges have a strong black touch, emphasized by the dark metal details.
The products offered by the collection are made of Tuscan full grain leather, hand buffered with vegetal tannins which give to the leather a deliberately non-homogeneous aspect that gives to accessories the natural charm of leather without the use of chemical processing. The final result is a soft product, with a linear style made sophisticate by the presence of dark contrasting details: smooth leather is in fact accompanied by a clean and simple design, whose minimalist nature is dampened by the presence of external pockets and compartments.
Black Square collection is available in leather brown or dark brown, for a range of backpacks, briefcases and small leather goods with a refined taste and design, not to mention the usual “tech inside” style of the brand. Each product, in fact, is equipped of the necessary to keep and place in perfect order everyday tools, whether it’s documents or hi-tech items. Business bags and backpacks contain neoprene compartment for notebook and slot for iPad and even functional and comfortable side pockets for carrying an umbrella or a bottle.
Small leather accessories are equipped as well: in addition to holders for dollars and coins, Piquadro dedicates ample space to credit card and fidelity card slots, indispensable items for everyday life whose fast and easy access becomes increasingly important.
The style and the functionality offered have enabled the Black Square collection to become immediately one of the spearheads of the brand, a perfect combination that cannot miss in the wardrobe of the contemporary businessmen.
